1 Introduction & Definitions

4444 bdt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement governing use of the Platform.

Definitions of key terms used throughout this document are provided below:

• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account on 4444 bdt.
• "Platform" — 4444 bdt's website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial wager placed by a user on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Wallet" — A virtual account that holds a user's financial balance on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or rewards granted as part of a promotional offer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other platform guidelines, form the complete agreement. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration

To access betting services on 4444 bdt, you must open a valid account. During registration, you will be required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Valid payment method details (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket)

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, and balances may be forfeited.

After registration, 4444 bdt may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If there is no response within 72 hours, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to use 4444 bdt is 18. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. We enforce strict measures to prevent minors from participating and require mandatory age verification.

The following individuals are not permitted to open an account or use the services of 4444 bdt:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed or banned
• Those covered under our self-exclusion policy
• Employees of 4444 bdt or their immediate family members
• Residents of regions where online betting is prohibited by law

If any information related to age or identity is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. A copy of a national ID or passport may be required for age verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 4444 bdt:

• Minimum deposit: 500 BDT
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit

4444 bdt ensures that every payment transaction is fully secure and encrypted. However, 4444 bdt is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or mobile banking operator. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

Daily withdrawal limits apply. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification. 4444 bdt reserves the right to suspend transactions where money laundering or suspicious activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at 4444 bdt. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is credited with the first deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must first be met
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonus validity is generally limited to between 7 and 30 days
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Bonuses will be voided if abuse or manipulation is suspected

4444 bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 4444 bdt shall be final.

6 Betting Rules

The general rules that apply to betting on 4444 bdt are outlined below. Additional rules may apply depending on the type of sport or event.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• 4444 bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply
• Multiple bets can be combined into a single parlay bet, but all selections must win
• Maximum winnings per bet are subject to a defined limit

If there is evidence of cheating, match-fixing, or corruption in any match or event, 4444 bdt reserves the right to void all bets related to that event. Stakes may be refunded in such cases, but winnings will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4444 bdt platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Exploiting multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using betting bots or automated software
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or managing an account for a third party

8 Account Closure & Suspension

4444 bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation
• If identity verification has not been completed
• If suspicious transactions or signs of manipulation are detected
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• For self-exclusion at the user's request

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. In that case, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9 Responsible Gaming

4444 bdt firmly believes that betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly. To support this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limits — Control how much you bet within a set time period
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a Short Break (1 to 30 days)
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily suspend your account for an extended period
• Reality Check — Receive periodic notifications about your session time and spending

10 Terms & Conditions Changes and Legal Matters

4444 bdt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or through in-app notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page each time before you log in.

Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved under the registered legal jurisdiction of 4444 bdt. Both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion; if that is not possible, arbitration proceedings will follow.
